1. How does Pre Order work?

We will pick up pre-orders on the day set by us. After that, all the orders we receive will be sent to the manufacturer to produce the merchandise. Production will take time, depending on the manufacturer. Once the merchandise has been completed, we will inform you that we will ship your product along with the tracking code by email or phone number.

 

2. Do you have a specific date for Delivery?

Unfortunately, we do not have any specific time for the delivery date. As we mentioned before (Refer to Question 1), it all depends on the manufacturer. Usually, we take production time to produce in one month or less.

 

3. What kind of shipping service you use?

Due to Covid-19, Malaysia Government has restricted international shipping outside Malaysia. So as an alternative, currently, we are using FedEx, TNT, Aramex, Janio Asia, and SF Express as our shipping service to provide International Shipping.

We will update our shipping service in tandem with Malaysia Government.

 

4. How long will I receive my merchandise?

 Your product will arrive at your place depends on the shipping service. You will receive the tracking code from ours to monitor your products location.

 

5. What kind of payment system you use?

We partner up with Stripe Payment Gateway to give easier checkout for Malaysia and International. For Malaysia, you can use FPX or Credit/Debit card. For International, currently, we accept Credit/Debit Card only. In the future, we will open Paypal as an alternative for our international customers.

For Malaysia customers, we also provide ATM Transfer, Internet Banking as an alternative payment.
